Werte lassen sich über eine Kombination von Maßnahmen der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung unter Berücksichtigung des Führungsverhaltens und der Kommunikationsformen im Unternehmen als auch unter Beachtung der Individualität des Einzelnen etablieren. Entscheidend dabei ist die Verbindung von individuellem und organisationalem Lernen. Das theorie- und praxisgeleitete Modell der „Balance der Wertearbeit in wachstumsorientierten mittelständischen Unternehmen&“ ermöglicht eine Darstellung der Erkenntnisse auf den verschiedenen (Werte-)Ebenen und bietet eine Orientierung für die Formulierung und lebendige Gestaltung von Unternehmenswerten.

In Hegel&’s World Revolutions, Richard Bourke returns to Hegel&’s original arguments, clarifying their true import and illuminating their relevance to contemporary society. Bourke shows that central to Hegel&’s thought was his anatomy of the modern world. On the one hand he claimed that modernity was a deliverance from subjection, but on the other he saw it as having unleashed the spirit of critical reflection. Bourke explores this predicament in terms of a series of world revolutions that Hegel believed had ushered in the rise of civil society and the emergence of the constitutional state.Bourke interprets Hegel&’s thought, with particular reference to his philosophy of history, placing it in the context of his own time. He then recounts the reception of Hegel&’s political ideas, largely over the course of the twentieth century. To facilitate understanding and mastery of the methods, the books offer essential preliminary knowledge and a wealth of examples. The book comprises two volumes. Volume 1 introduces the basic principles of stochastic averaging methods and their applications to single-degree-of-freedom systems under various random excitations. It also covers stochastic averaging methods for quasi-Hamiltonian systems subjected to different random excitations, including Gaussian white noise, combined Gaussian and Poisson white noises, and fractional Gaussian noise. Volume 2 explores stochastic averaging methods for quasi-integrable Hamiltonian systems under colored noise excitation, quasi-integrable Hamiltonian systems with genetic effects under Gaussian white noise and colored noise excitations, and quasi-generalized Hamiltonian systems under Gaussian white noise excitation. Additionally, it covers applications of these methods in ecosystems and some other natural science and engineering scenarios. Asia-Pacific. The motivation for the book stems from a policy brief by the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) issued in 2021. This brief urgently called for young children with disabilities to be identified and to receive intervention and support in lower-income countries throughout Asia and the Pacific. The ESCAP has estimated that at least 33% of young children with disabilities across the region currently lack any service or support to optimise their development before entering school. This book seeks to inform policy and provision within lower-income countries by providing policymakers in government and non-government organisations with practical guidelines. In particular, it presents real-world frameworks and promising programs to assist in establishing and delivering early intervention services that cater to local needs and demands. It also introduces personnel in the field to recommended intervention practices and strategies that support children with diverse disabilities across the age range birth 6 years. It also includes suggestions and strategies for supporting and collaborating with the children&’s families. Importantly, when blended with early child development material, these practices and strategies constitute essential topics for ongoing professional development and training activities. The concluding chapter also presents a critical analysis and synthesis of policies, service models, and programs across the Asia-Pacific region. From this analysis, recommendations are presented with likely translatability to countries at different stages of development in delivering quality early intervention to this vulnerable group of children.

im Bereich des öffentlichen Auftragswesens stellen Gemeinkosten im Rahmen der kostenbasierten LSP-Kalkulation den größten Anteil bei der Selbstkostenpreisbildung dar. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden sowohl theoriebasierte als auch empirische Antworten auf einen preisrechtskonformen Umgang mit Gemeinkosten gegeben. Anhand einer Feldstudie mit 24 Preisrechtsanwendern sowie einer ergänzenden Tiefenfallstudie mit einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen aus dem Bereich des öffentlichen Preisrechts wurden die zuvor gewonnenen theoriebasierten Erkenntnisse mit Einblicken in die betriebliche Praxis gespiegelt. Die Ergebnisse beider Studien zeigen, dass der öffentliche Auftraggeber häufig lenkend in das interne Rechnungswesen seiner Auftragnehmer eingreift. Zudem wird vor allem die Umwidmung von Gemeinkostenbestandteilen zu Einzelkosten als strategisches Instrument genutzt, um deren Abrechenbarkeit gegenüber öffentlichen Auftraggebern und deren Prüfsicherheit im Rahmen der Preisprüfung zu erhöhen. Auf Basis des theoretischen als auch empirischen Erkenntnisgewinns konnten darüber hinaus zahlreiche Implikationen für die unternehmerische Praxis der Preisrechtsanwender gewonnen werden.
